Commercial Non-Food Vendor Information

Commercial booths for the Garden Grove Strawberry Festival (GGSF) line Main Street, welcoming guests as they enter the Festival grounds.

These booths allow businesses to sell their items and or inform event guests about their products or services.

Commercial Vendor Booth Info:

  • Inline Commercial Booths Include a 10×10 booth space, a canvas roof with 2-side panels, ONE overhead light, and ONE electrical outlet (up to 750 watts). The Booth Fee can be found on the application along with all other associated costs.
  • Premium Commercial Booths, located in premium locations throughout the vendor area, Include a 10×10 booth space, a canvas roof with 2-side panels, ONE overhead light, and ONE electrical outlet (up to 750 watts). Availability is LIMITED. The Booth Fee can be found on the application along with all other associated costs.

The below items are prohibited from sale unless the Vendor Booth Director has given permission:

  • Food – Only prepackaged food sales specifically approved by the Vendor Director may be sold. (All items are subject to GGSF approval)
  • Samples – Due to Health Department regulations, NO SAMPLES may be given out at any time, unless the Health Dept has issued a permit.
  • Fireworks, Poppers, and similar items, items damaging other vendors’ products.
  • Knives, Guns, Swords and other weapons are PROHIBITED
  • Potato guns, slingshots, etc., any device that shoots a projectile.
  • Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or offensive items.
    *All Items are subject to GGSFA approval.

Applicant must:

  • Meet all requirements in the space license agreement
  • Provide a certificate of insurance and additional insured endorsement
  • Must have a valid seller’s permit

Vendor Selection

The Garden Grove Strawberry Festival Association (GGSFA) values its previous year’s participants and offers them PRIORITY before considering applications from new vendor applicants.

**All other vendor applicants will be considered after the March 1 deadline.
